What is CBD oil actually used for?

I get a lot of questions from people they can actually use CBD oil for.

Often they have heard through a positive story, but they want to know if they can also use it for their complaint.

And, what does it do exactly and how do you take it ?!

 

Let me first start by explaining what CBD is.

 

We all know the image of the leaves of the hemp plant. Many people have become the association of high.

Cannabidiol (abbreviated CBD) is a cannabinoid, a substance that is formed in the leaves and flowers of the cannabis plant.

The CBD is extracted from fiber hemp or industrial hemp.

That is the same plant species as cannabis.

This plant only contains no THC, or at least no more than 0.2% THC.

THC is the component that makes you high or stoned.

So CBD Oil does NOT make you high (or stoned …)!

A CBD paste is made from the flowers and leaves, which is then diluted with olive oil or organic hemp seed oil to create a well-dosed nutritional supplement.

 

With what kind of complaints can you use CBD oil?

What can CBD oil mean for you?

CBD helps with so many disorders that it is almost impossible to make a complete list of them.

If your complaint is not listed you can always experience for yourself what CBD does for you.

Below is a list of most common complaints that CBD is used for:

You do not only need to use CBD oil for (severe) complaints.

You can also use the oil for good health in general.

There are no side effects, because the body recognizes the cannabinoids as a body’s own substance.

Your body also produces cannabinoids itself!

These are called endocannabinoids.

These are very similar to the cannabinoids from the hemp plant.

Both endo- and plant cannabinoids help keep our body in balance.

You can therefore use CBD oil for severe symptoms, but also use it to support good health in general.

 

A nice fact is that CBD ensures a higher concentration of another body’s own substance called anandamine.

Anandamine is also called the “blissfulness molecule”.

It is a body-specific antidepressant and helps our body deal with stress and stress.

In this hectic time it can be very helpful!

 

What’s the best way how to take CBD oil?

This question is often asked!

What is important first is to determine for yourself how serious your complaints are.

On the basis of that answer you can determine with which strength you get started.

Do not start with the maximum dose immediately, but use it slowly.

 

Prevention and mild complaints:

CBD oil 2,75%.

Per drop that’s 1,15mg CBD.

Start with 2 drops 3 times a day.

After a few days you can take stock of the result.

If desired, you can build this up by adding an extra drop every day, with a maximum of 3 times a day 5 drops.

 

Moderate to average complaints:

CBD oil 5%

That’s per drop 2,08mg CBD.

Start with 1 drop 3 times a day.

After a few days you can take stock of the result.

If desired, you can build this up by adding an extra drop every day, with a maximum of 10 drops per day.

 

Serious complaints:

CBD oil or CBD capsules 10%.

Capsules; the gastric acid-resistant capsules only open in the small intestine. So that they are well absorbed by the body.

1 capsule is equivalent to 8 drops of CBD oil 2.75%.

Start with 1 capsule, half an hour before a meal with water.

If you want to build up, wait at least 7 hours between each intake.

Oil; start with 1 drop 3 times a day.

If you want to build up, do this slowly and do not use more than 10 drops per day.

 

Sleep problems:

You can start dripping one hour before you go to sleep.

Keep the dosages of 2.75% or 5%, it depends on how severe your sleep problems are.

If 1 time is not sufficient, start with dripping during the day.

The moment your nervous system is supported during the day, you may find it easier to switch off at night and thus fall asleep better.

 

Storage advice:

Keep your CBD oil in a dark, cool place.

Preferably in the fridge or in your medicine or kitchen cabinet.

Important:

ALWAYS shake well before use!

The CBD paste and the oil must be mixed well together.

 

How do you take the drops?

The drops are absorbed through the oral mucosa.

It is therefore important that you keep the drops in the mouth for about one minute before you swallow them.

If you find it inconvenient to drip with the pipette in your mouth, you can put the drops on a teaspoon. You slide this under the tongue.

If the taste of the CBD oil is a problem for you; Then drop on a teaspoon of honey. Also keep this in the mouth for at least one minute.

Do not have a teaspoon on hand? No problem!

Drip the dose on the back of your hand and lick the drops, keep them in the mouth and swallow them.

 

Did you know that you yourself have an influence on the absorption of CBD ?!

Studies have been conducted showing that if you take CBD simultaneously with fatty acids, the CBD is better absorbed.

The fats in certain foods collapse CBD, as it were, so that it passes through the digestive tract undamaged.
